CHAKRA THERAPY:

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning spinning wheel or vortex. Nowadays it means the wheel of light. Chakra was referred to as a chariot wheel. The ancient healers describe the chakras and energy centers that were written more than thousand years have proven to be correct anatomically.

Of the 7 chakras two are found in the lower and upper part of the brain. While five are situated in the spinal column, were nerve endings form junctions. Each chakra is connected to the endocrinal glands in our body. So the body and its functions are connected to the chakras.
Planets move around the sun. Every chakra has a sound attached to it. Colors also vibrate at a frequency .each chakras has color associated with it color and sound can change and cure the balance to our chakras, by restoring health. The chakras are connected with our mental physical and emotional stated. When energy does not flow from the chakras the body does not function and one has to reestablish the free flow of energy.

The seven chakras have to be balanced if one was to stay healthy. Stress affects the chakras and one can become unbalanced and the end result will be disease one has to be healed then one has to return the chakras to proper balance.

Chakras must be in balance to keep oneself healthy physically and mentally when one exposes oneself with different color and sound vibration with the therapy our bodies will absorb that vibration and change our body’s energy vibrations and result in bringing back chakra energy into balance.
