Confidence Bath

You Need:
* Tub..lol
*Cinnamon
*3 Candles Red, blue, White or Just white.
*Oil ; Baby oil or anything.
* Ice

Have the Tub filled with warm/hot water, to symbolize the shedding of old skin.Get 5 Ice cubes, Anoint them with confidence. when they melt they release the energy, or you could pour some oil in the molder and freeze it, either way. Thinking of confidence and pour a little bit of oil in the tub, throw in the Ice throw some cinnamon for fiery confidence. Light the red candle for vigor and Cockiness, etc. Blue for Transformation and white for Purity, charging the blue and red. Get in the tub and make sure your wet COMPLETELY. I'd stay in the for like 20 minutes or mote, i stayed in mines for 19 minutes. You can do what ever you like, i read a magazine. think about yourself and how much you love yourself of the things you love about yourself, let the negative be sucked out by the water when you drain it.
