Modern sedentary lifestyle has led to overweight people of all ages alike around the world. All trying different means to reduce weight. Trips to gym to aerobics and yoga classes’ .walk ten minutes a day and slowly increase your level of fitness by extending the time .

People use to think about a workout in a gym for hours an day. New research shows that short activity can increase one’s fitness levels especially if one is new at working out. At ease random walking- strolling or leisurely walking and wandering with no specific aim.
Park and walk-When one has a errand to run one can park the car as far away as one can and handle the walk to the store or whatever errand one has to do.; use every opportunity to walk .
at the end of the day it gives a better fitness’
Crunch in bed
Before you get out of bed in the morning do ten stomach crunches when you are lying on the bed. Increase the crunching daily one by one until you get to hundred one may have to wake up earlier to do the crunch but it will be a nice price to pay if one has a fatter stomach at the end of the regimen.
At ease random walking
Strolling and leisurely walking and wandering with no specific aim. Walking through, shopping malls, exhibition grounds, theme parks, and the like fall under this category. Available time is the only restrain. This type of walking has no place in scheduled fitness program.
