Help for job, please!

One year ago I passed a terrible selection to get a public new job in an Italian university. Now, I'm in the list of the ones who are going to be enrolled. Things go slowly, very slowly, they prefer offering temporary cooperations to people they like (no selection at all, except... friendship) rather than calling, according to the law, people from the list. Time is passing and I need to work. I'm looking for other possibilities, but this is a hard moment here... Please, send me some energy to make things flow... I'll give all the energy I can in return.
