I need another chance

i've wasted my younger years in pursuit of immediate happiness and making the wrong decisions. it amost ruined my life. i got barred from school, almost lost my life and my family. but i was given another chance. to finish school, be who i could be. the best student, good daughter and sister, and a role model. after long years of trying to find myself and proving i am worth the chance, i finally graduated from college and got into a good job. except, i still have one loose end from my past. a long standing debt. its never my plan to run away from it. juts time to earn enough to pay. all i want now is be given the chance to pay it in installments without ruining the good name i've built through hard and honest work. help me..
