I need out of bad marriage

I have been married for 30 years to an emotionally controlling and abusive man, I finally have told him I wanted to be out of the marriage and separated, The big thing that is holding me back is that he never wanted me to work so I am not employed and have no money. My husband has not worked in 4 years and does not have any money to take for me to leave.
I am asking for a full time job that would enable me to do this.
I feel likeI am spriritually dieing, please help me.. NOW! I feel more desperate then ever..
