If someone screwed you in any way, recite this 8 times.

Remember what they did to you, feel your anger rise and make a fist with your right hand. Push the emotions to the right fist, and recite:

“what you did to me,
I reverse times nine.
You screwed up a lot,
But you Fu**ed up this time.
All hate harbored inside of my heart,
Will power this rhyme, beginning the start.”

After your done, release the fist. Releasing the magick. Or you could just release your index finger if your feeling “Sabrina-ish”
