Unlike aerobic exercises tai chi does not need any jarring motions that impact on the spine. Tai chi has flowing movements that are slow and deliberate like a mild breeze.

Tai chi improves posture, balance and alignment to the body. The focused and rhythmic breathing relaxed the body rejuvenated blood flows to the muscles and brain. Tai chi has a meditative quality to its exercises and it dissipates anxiety and stress and helps in relieving pain caused by incidents in one’s life. Studies show that tai chi provide several benefits to one’s health.

People who practice tai chi find that they have improved postures even when not exercising.
Tai chi is an improvement on people suffering from back pain .it does not need expensive equipment and can be practiced anywhere. Tai chi is still being practices in Taiwan and around the world.

Its flowing movements are poetry. Many groups of people can be seen practicing in the park early in the morning. The rhythmic moving motions of a group of people are like ballet.
