Here is what you need to do if you want to make sure that you give birth to a healthy child.

Materials required:

A scented green candle (preferably pine scented)
An apple

Method:

Make sure you are alone in a room when you are going to perform this spell. Choose an appropriate spot in your bedroom. For those of you who have separate rooms for the baby, you may use this room. Make yourself comfortable on an armchair and light the scented pine candle. Then cut the apple in half and rub one half of the apple on your belly. As you do this imagine that any potential sickness that the baby could suffer from is being taken out of your womb and into the apple. Once this is done, make sure either you or the baby’s father bury the apple in an appropriate place. If you don’t have a backyard to do this then you can have the apple buried anywhere, like a park or even in a pot. In case you are having it buried in a pot then you can transfer it to a suitable place once the sapling grows.

Once the apple is buried, ensure that you eat the other half of the apple once again imagining that your baby is going to be born hale and healthy. The green candles are mostly used in healing spells and hence the presence of a green candle while performing the same can be of an added importance.

The growth of a sapling from the buried bit of the apple ensures that your baby will be born healthy and happy. In case you are allergic to apples, then you need not eat the apples, just throw it out, but make sure that you bury one of the bits.

In case you are not convinced that you have performed the spell correctly, the same spell can be performed again after a period of 9 days.
