To Get Over embarrassment

This spell is best said on a Sunday, but can be said on any day of the week.
*Can be substitiuted for something else that symbolises healing, happiness or purification.

YOU WILL NEED:
-Container/jar
-water
-pen and paper
-rosemary*
-parsley*
-mint*
-amazonite stone*
-amethyst stone*
-carnelian stone*

Fill the container with water, and thrown in the rosemary, parsley, mint, amazonite, amethyst and carnelian. Then get out the piece of paper and pen and write out exactly what happened. Let out your embarrassment and anger in your writing. It can be as detailed as you like. Once, you've finished, neatly fold the paper, then draw on one side of the folded paper an unhappy face (ie :( ). Throw it into the mixture of water, herbs and stones. Then say:

'I will put this behind me, I will let it go,
No humiliation will show,
I know I've learned from this mistake,
I will be strong, I will not break,
I will gain wisdom from this event,
And look at it as knowledge sent.'

Then take out the soggy piece of paper, smile, and say this as you tear the paper to shreads:
'As I tear this paper to shreds,
Happiness will lie ahead.'

Once the paper has been teared, finish with 'Blessed be.'
