Write how many pound you wanna loose on a piece of paper and burn it.
saying
"burn, burn, burn away.
Pounds be gone you cannot stay"

repeat this for 7 days or 14, or more.

personally, i would do this spell while your on a diet or trying to loose weight. because you'd be working
hand in hand with the magic. or you could do it and just sit your ass down and eat all you want. anything is possible.
