Yoga in a deep sense is a spiritual practice or discipline that helps the person in unifying one’s body, mind and heart as in a pinnacle. Yoga is the experience of all the related things in life to culminate in the peace of one’s soul. While practicing yoga daily one will find peace in his or her life. Yoga will realign one’s body to its glory and will sharpen one’s perception of one’s life and of his or her place in this world. Yoga is not merely the postures or positions involving breathing exercises, it is a step above all that.
If one continues regularly with the yogic practice, one may discover a ‘spiritual awakening. One will find out what one’s part in the world is and not just conversation in ones mind. This is about transformation of one’s soul, leading to the appreciation of one’s life reaching beyond the mundane in one’s life.
Genuine yoga will change one’s life, habits, mind, breathing, attitudes, and general outlook towards one’s life and that of the others. It will help one attune with one’s body to make it work efficiently. One will learn through proper wisdom of how one’s conscious and the unconscious mind helps or harms one self. Benefits will abound with daily practice .To do so one may join the yoga classes. Tolerance towards others will be the outcome, leading to adjustments and acceptance irrespective, culminating in peace within one’s self.
